Similar to in person training, virtual sessions provide a wide variety of benefits. Nearly all the values from the in person experience hold true for virtual sessions. Being able to watch your execution of exercises allows Coach Nick to make the appropriate adjustments for the best outcome. This option is ideal for those with their own home gym, or those who live outside of London Ontario.
